Every day is a good day

Today’s post is a short post and it is still incredibly powerful.

I take no credit for this saying as it comes from a wise man I know called Ray Young. Ray is a philosopher, life coach, Reiki master, metaphysics master, meditation teacher and so much more.

Ray’s philosophy is as profound as it is simple “every day is a good day”.

By thinking in this manner, every time something frustrating happens then he has already set his mindset that the day is a good one, no matter what. This means he stays in a positive frame of mind and doesn’t get frustrated or angry.

This is a great example of priming yourself for the day and that by setting out what your day will be like before it starts, you are setting yourself up for success.

Here are a couple of quick examples where you can use this:

  1. You are stuck in a traffic jam on the way to work – It’s ok, every day is a good day, so how can I enjoy this?
  2. Someone is rude to you – walk away and think “every day is a good day” and see how you feel.

Try this simple thing and it will make your day better.
